Great First Day!

We had a great first day getting to know each other and learning the policies and procedures of the classroom and school. Our first assignment was to take a brown bag home and decorate it. Then we are to put 3-5 items in the bag that tell something we like to do or what we are like. Mrs. Hirsch's bag had a picture of her family, a book because she likes to read, a poem she wrote because she likes poetry and sea shells because she likes the beach. We also need to fill out a paper with all the books we read over the summer.
